Welcome to Threadflow. By accessing or using our platform and services at threadflow.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Threadflow. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

Threadflow is a Reddit marketing agency that helps brands build visibility, trust, and organic presence on Reddit. Our services include:

• Reddit Promotion — organic promotion of your brand across relevant Reddit communities through posts, comments, and community engagement
• Brand Mentions — placement of authentic brand mentions in relevant Reddit threads and discussions
• Reputation Management — monitoring and managing how your brand is perceived on Reddit, including responding to negative threads and building positive sentiment
• Reddit SEO — improving your brand’s visibility in Google search results through Reddit content

3. Account Usage

You are responsible for keeping your Threadflow account credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or the nature of your business during onboarding or campaign setup

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior.

4. Orders and Billing

Threadflow services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis depending on the plan selected.

• Service fees are charged in advance at the time of order 
• We reserve the right to update pricing, service scope, or plan structures at any time. Existing clients will be notified of material changes in advance
• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Threadflow does not store your payment credentials

5. Account Balance and Credits

Threadflow uses an account balance system to pay for services.

• You may top up your account balance at any time
• Service costs vary by type 
• We reserve the right to adjust service pricing at any time

6. Refund Policy

Campaign Services (Posts, Comments, Mentions)

• 100% refund if the issue was caused by Threadflow — for example, wrong URL, subreddit, or content delivered incorrectly

General Refund Terms

• Tasks that are not fulfilled or are cancelled before execution are not charged
• All refunds are processed as account credit
• We do not issue cash refunds unless required by applicable law

7. Acceptable Use

By using Threadflow, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful and ethical purposes
• Comply with Reddit’s Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your brand, products, and campaign goals
• Not use Threadflow services to engage in spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Respect the integrity of online communities where your content appears

Threadflow reserves the right to reject, pause, or cancel any campaign or task that violates these terms or the rules of the relevant platform.

8. Prohibited Content

Threadflow does not accept campaigns or content related to:

• Adult, pornographic, or NSFW material
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Misinformation or deliberately deceptive content
• Political astroturfing or electoral manipulation
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• IPTV or unauthorized affiliate schemes

Violations may result in task rejection, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

Threadflow retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, processes, and proprietary methods.

You retain ownership of the content and brand materials you submit through the platform. By submitting content for campaigns, you grant Threadflow a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.

You confirm that you have the right to use any brand names, materials, and content you submit through the platform.

10. Confidentiality

Threadflow treats all client information, campaign details, and business data as confidential. We do not share your brand information, campaign strategy, or business details with third parties, except as required to deliver your services or as required by law.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Threadflow provides professional Reddit marketing services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• That any post, comment, or thread will remain live indefinitely on Reddit
• That your brand will achieve a specific ranking in Google or AI search results
• That campaigns will generate a specific number of leads, conversions, or sales
• That engagement metrics will meet specific targets

Reddit operates its own moderation systems and policies. Content removals, account restrictions, or algorithm changes on Reddit are beyond Threadflow’s control and do not constitute grounds for a refund unless caused by Threadflow’s error.

12. Changes to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. This includes changes to features, pricing, service scope, and platform functionality.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Threadflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Threadflow is not responsible for losses related to content removals, account restrictions, or policy changes on Reddit or any other third-party platform
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Threadflow in the 12 months preceding the claim

14. GDPR Compliance

Threadflow is registered in Estonia and operates under EU law. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. 15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Threadflow services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
